ABA Services at Reach High

We use a naturalistic application of applied behavior analysis that is individualized, person centered, flexible, practical and outcome focused. We’re here to provide comprehensive care that nurtures growth and fosters lasting positive change. We believe in continuous growth and strive each day to be better - to create meaningful change, foster compassion, and set new standards of care that empower everyone we serve.

We offer comprehensive and focused ABA services to those in early childhood. Services are provided as recommended by our clinicians and as authorized by insurance providers via face-to-face direct services and in-person direct services with telehealth clinical direction. Clinic-based, home-based, and community-based service settings are offered at Reach High - as determined by the clinician.

Services begin with comprehensive behavior identification assessments conducted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other qualified professionals. These assessments inform individualized treatment plans reviewed regularly to ensure services remain responsible to each individual's evolving needs. Reach High provides both one-on-one and small group therapy, implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under BCBA supervision. Caregiver coaching and guidance is provided by BCBAs to promote skill generalization across environments and employer families to actively support their child's progress.

The Reach High Advantage

Choosing an ABA provider is a big decision. You need a partner who not only understands your child but also values your family’s unique needs. At Reach High, we provide individualized ABA therapy and support to children and families, with a focus on creating flexible, effective treatment plans. Here's what makes us stand out -

Experienced Clinicians

Our clinicians have an average of 5+ years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), with significantly more experience in the field. Our team is committed to lifelong learning and applying the best practices to support your child.

Small, Focused Caseloads

We keep caseloads intentionally small to ensure your child received the focused care they deserve.

Individualized ABA Programming

No two children are the same, and neither are our treatment plans. We develop individualized programs based on clinician recommendations, outside therapies, school goals, and insurance requirements—ensuring that every aspect of your child’s life is supported.

Patient and Play Centered Approach

We infuse therapy with creativity and play to make learning fun and engaging. Whether it’s through building towers with blocks, role-playing superhero adventures, or crafting colorful creations, we create an environment where growth feels natural and enjoyable.

One-on-One and Group Therapy Options

From individualized, focused sessions to group opportunities that build social skills, we offer a variety of therapy formats to meet your child’s needs.

Caregiver Coaching/Parent Training

Family involvement is the cornerstone of success. We provide caregiver coaching sessions to help you bring therapy goals to life at home. Convenient telehealth options are also available, depending on your insurance.

Local, Community Focused Centers

Our clinics are thoughtfully designed to inspire learning and play, making therapy a welcoming experience for every child. We’re proudly rooted in the communities we serve and love giving back. Check out our socials for sponsored and partnered events!

Flexible Scheduling

We offer adaptable appointment options to accommodate family needs based on clinical necessity.

Ongoing Support

We’re here for you every step of the way. From the start, we’ll help you navigate your insurance benefits before scheduling an assessment, ensuring there are no surprises along the way. Once your child begins services, we invite you to attend monthly coaching meetings with their BCBA. These meetings keep you informed, aligned with therapy goals, and empowered to support your child’s progress at home and beyond.

At Reach High, we’re always looking ahead. Even after your time with us, we remain committed to your family’s success. Our team provides resources, recommendations, and ongoing guidance to help you maintain progress and navigate the next steps in your child’s journey with confidence.

Caregiver Coaching

I believe he started around the age of three/four and was non-verbal and today he is eight and well…sometimes will not stop talking (even louder now at times). He is so smart and I know you are working as hard as you can to prepare him for school and the real world someday . . .
